Via The Economist, good news! Most likely, that asteroid won’t kill you. Bad news: you’re more likely to die from a whole bunch of other causes:
No big surprise to see heart disease way at the top of the causes of death.

Neat infographic!
I just wish there were some way to adjust the data for exposure to risk… As in… you can’t die in a cycling accident if you don’t ride a bike. Still, it does put things in perspective. Heart disease tops the chart, yet people don’t generally “worry” about that.
